  1. Can’t wait to get my content uploaded to this site. I have a great program for people with frozen shoulders – a home program with guaranteed results. For those who are too far away from me, this is a super alternative. My program is 1 day a week, and my office is 1.5 hours from the nearest international airport (JAN), and 50 minutes from the nearest regional airport (Columbus, MS). You can contact me via http://www.gtpt.net or 662-773-3700. I look forward to helping you or someone you care about with this debilitating condition. You’ll notice a positive result in the very first session!

  2. It’s amazing how fast frozen shoulder pain can be remedied when you take a specialized approach targeted at neutralizing trigger points (painlessly) and performing a special sequence of soft tissue movements. Motion improves and pain decreases. Fast. People living with this problem or considering surgery need to call us now! 662-773-3700. All of my therapists are trained in our specialized methods to help you NOW.

  3. Frozen shoulder or other complex shoulder problems and pains are no longer difficult for us to handle – and we’re amazed at what relief and rang of motion you get on the first visit! Word is spreading and people are coming to us from longer distances. Only takes 1-2 times in a week to realize huge improvements. No painful stretching and no painful exercise. These are pain-free treatment procedures that you notice immediate results with.

  4. codmansCodman’s exercise or the pendulum exercise is a good relief movement for your shoulder. It’s an oldie but goodie. It’s interesting that most pictures and programs demonstrate this exercise using a man. Frozen shoulders are more commonly experienced by women.

    1. This can be done with a light weight to enhance it’s effect. Please call us for proper instructions. If you do this wrong, it can hurt and cause you lingering pain. 662-773-3700 🙂

  5. I recently saw our patient in the video above (in Subway!), and she has full range of motion, no pain, and she was smiling and having a great time with her husband. She flung her arm in all directions to demonstrate how good she was doing! I love seeing people get their lives back!

  6. It’s hard for me to see and know of so many people out there with frozen shoulders, stiff shoulder, and/or painful shoulders that are just suffering. Some have had failed attempts at therapy, surgery, chiro, and other forms of treatment. I will tell you without hesitation…it would be more than worth it to hop a plane, bus, car and get here now…undergo a session and experience the difference! Our form of treatment for frozen shoulder can be done successfully one time a week and sometimes 1 time every 2 weeks.

We are 15 min away from JAN (Jackson, MS international airport), 1.5 hrs from JAN to our HQ clinic, 45 min from GTR airport. In Louisville, we have a local resort where so many people come from around the country to stay (www.ltok.com).

We are here for you! We’ll keep working on our home treatment method, but I can tell you now that nothing beats what we can do for you or someone you care about in the clinic. 🙂 Come vacation with us and get your shoulder back! Get your life going again! Get some sleep!

Call now and we’ll take great care of you!

  8. Hi
I am suffering from a frozen left shoulder and have had this for approx 4 months, very painful with the pain travelling down my arm and not just an on off pain as expected from fs but while moving the arm also, I’m on anti inflammatory and pain killers and Dr has referred me for physio, I had the same problem with my right shoulder over 12 months ago which lasted almost 2 years and still don’t have full movement back in my shoulder. I asked my Dr if I could be referred and have further tests but was turned down so now waiting for physio appt. and hoping for some improvement.

  10. I looking for relief, I have frozn shoulder left side its been frozen since April I did 8 weeks of therapy then now I had surgery on the 16th to remove scate tissue and bone fragments also manipulation under anesthesia. I was under the impression that i would be able to us my arm after surgery I knew I was going to have pain that’s to be expected. I asked if they wouldn’t use the nerve block I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them in the past. I was going to be under anesthesia I going to anything any way. As I expected they used to much nerve block I had no feeling or use of my arm for 4 day’s. I went for my follow up in 2 day I had the sling on they put on that they put me the doctor took it off my arm just dropped. He told me he had to remove half of my bicep due to scare tissue. Told me to use my arm. How it was dead by the time I started to get feeling back after 4 day’s it was stiff it took a week before I started therapy. As soon as I could even when it was dead i layed my arm on my dresser and stretched it. I have more pain and less movement then before surgery now my forarm hurts my necks has always hurt the therapist said my forarm hurts because of my bicep my neck hurts that muscle is to tight from the way I carry myself. Pain meds don’t help I can’t sleep the pain is awful at night. What can i do to get relief? I need help. Please.
